We propose you LeĆ³n Hiking Weekend, 2 days of trekking full of mountains and landscapes. In addition, we are also going to be able to enjoy the life and gastronomy of the city of LeĆ³n, a historic city full of life.
We will star our LeĆ³n Hiking Weekend, taking a trail through the limestone mountains until we reach a viewpoint from where we can see the entire Cantabrian mountain range: MontaƱa Palentina, Picos de Europa, UbiƱas and Gistredo.
We will return to LeĆ³n to our apartments where we will rest to go out and take a guided route through what was the capital of the Kingdom of LeĆ³n. We will know the famous tapas of Barrio HĆŗmedo to finish having dinner in the Barrio RomĆ”ntico.
Our second day will make us get up early to visit one of the centuries-old beech forests hidden in the rugged valleys of LeĆ³n. To end our mountain weekend in LeĆ³n we will eat in a typical mountain restaurant before returning to LeĆ³n to return to hometown.
